Frequently Asked Questions

What is screen printing?

Screen Printing is the method that most garments are printing. 90% of the shirts you see hanging on the rack at your local Target are screen printed. The ink is pushed through a stencil with a squegee with a little force pushing the ink through the stencil and onto the shirt. The shirt then is sent through a dryer at 350 degrees to properly cure the ink.

What is screen embroidery?

Embroidery is like your smaller sewing maching but on a larger scale. There are "heads" on a embroidery maching that have several needles on them, some have up to 12 needles allowing it to embroder 12 colors. After digitizing the design you load it on the machine. Once all the final details are done you can now embroider, just like your baseball cap your wearing.

What are your minimums?

Our low minimum order is only 25 pieces. Colors, and sizes can also be mixed as well. If you have something special that you want done, or it is below our minimum please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Can I get a sample before we print/embroider all my garments?

Due to the cost of time and setting up the job we are not able to do so. Although in the designing part, and getting your order ready for print will be e-mailed a fine copy of what your garment will look like. However, if your order is over 1000 garments we will do a sample print for you.
