  • When will I receive my order?
    Usually items ship within 7 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock it usually takes a couple more days and we will contact you.
     
  • How can i get a price?
    Design a shirt in the design tool and proceed to check out, enter the quantity and sizes and you will see the prices and how much you save if quantity discounts apply.
     
  • Do i get price breaks if my order gets larger?
    Yes, we currently have several price breaks to save you money. To simply see the price breaks simply proceed to check out, and enter the amount of shirts, in red it will let you know how much you have saved. On the front page roll over "Quantity Discounts" too see our price breaks as well.
     
  • How will my order get shipped?
    All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Can i print on the sleeve or the back of the shirt?
    Yes, once you pick an item below you will see other pictures, front, back, left sleeve, and right sleeve, just click on either one.
     
  • What if i have a custom order that i cannot upload?
    Send us an email at absolutescreenprinting@yahoo.com with your design and info and we will take care of it from there.
     
  • Can i use my Purchase Order from my school?
    Yes. You will have to setup an account on the website, once you do that we can change the status of your account to do so.
     
  • I don't have a design to upload, or can't find what i want on your website. Now what?
    Just send us an email with what your looking for and we will help you out.
     
  • Do you also do embroidery?
    Yes, all our embroidery is done in house. Email us your logo, or an idea, and we will talk about pricing and what will fit your needs best.
     
  • What are your customer service hours?
    Customer service hours are M-F 9:30am - 5:30pm Arizona time. You may send us an email and we will get back with you if it is outside our business hours.

    NO MINIMUM
    All production is done in house at our location which allows you to order one, or as many as you want.
     
    QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
    Discounts are offered for items ordered in quantities of, 1-11, 12-35, 36-99,100-249, 500+. Any questions please see the FAQ page or give us a call.
     
    FREE LOGO SETUP
    For those of you with a specific company or organization logo you would like to have screenprinted or embroidered we can do that. Often this service is free but is dependent on the complexity of the logo and the size of your order. For more information please call or email us.
     
    100% SATISFACTION
    ABSOLUTE Screen Printing guarantees our work and products to be free from defects and mistakes. However we can't guarantee your artwork or product so please make sure sizes, colors, and artwork are correct and to specifications.
     
    ITEMS SHIPPED
    Most items are shipped within 7 business days. However, we cannot gaurantee all items are in stock, if there will be a delay we will notify you and let you know.
     
    EMBROIDERY
    ABSOLUTE Screen Printing also offers in house embroidery. For info regarding embroidery please email us with your logo and we can discuss the product you want and pricing.
